After the two years, TFI Fellows become a part of the Teach For India Alumni movement where they work to drive systemic change and realise educational opportunity for all.<\/p>\n<p>The Fellowship is a win-win; Fellows get an opportunity to develop leadership skills that will set them up for a career of their choice while they change children\u2019s lives and build the nation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fellows receive a monthly stipend.<\/li>\n<li>The program is a two-year, full time commitment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<a class=\"omsc-button omsc-custom-hover omsc-size-large omsc-style-emboss omsc-text-bright\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/tfiweb\" style=\"background-color:#e2731d;border-color:#e2731d;color:#ffffff\" data-hover-bg-color=\"#22772c\" data-hover-text-color=\"#ffffff\" data-hover-border-color=\"#22772c\">Click here for more information and to apply<\/a>\n<p><strong>Why should your students join the Teach for India movement?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TFI is a chance for fellows to learn, contribute and take action towards dismantling education inequity in India.\u00a0They will play a big part in solving India\u2019s education crisis. The Fellowship enables fellows to give children the opportunity to change their lives and deepen their understanding of what\u2019s required to attain educational equity. They\u2019ll develop into a strong, caring and effective leader. The Fellowship uses the classroom and community as a lab of leadership where fellows practice vision, planning, execution and problem-solving, reflection and other key leadership skills. They\u2019ll become a part of a growing network of change makers.
