This April on the 3<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0&amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>, let\u2019s come together to engage, strengthen and celebrate the spirit of\u00a0change, both inner and outer at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/youthallianceofindia.org\/change-festival\/\">Change\u00a0Festival<\/a>\u00a0in Delhi, India!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is\u00a0Change\u00a0Festival?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/youthallianceofindia.org\/change-festival\/\">Change\u00a0Festival<\/a>\u00a0is a celebration of the ideas\/ experiments\/ initiatives\/ start ups carried out by young people. It\u00a0creates a learning community by exploring and understanding individuals who are engaged in transformational experiments and strengthening them with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.servicespace.org\/blog\/view.php?id=14043\">multiple forms of capital<\/a>.
